The Beginning of Server Life
- Introduction
Server Life was created in the year 2019. Leeanne Roose is the creator of Server Life. Originally, Server Life was created as a creative outlet and a way to relieve stress after working in the restaurant industry for five years. Server Life became a positive outlet for Leeanne Roose to speak about real-life scenarios and situations without burdening others. Through Server Life, Leeanne Roose provides helpful resources and tips about being an employee in the restaurant industry.
In 2022, Server Life became The Official Server Life. That same year, Server Life started a blog. The blog started out with training for other servers. Leeanne is a seasoned bartender/server. She wanted to share her knowledge to help other people who may just be starting out in the industry. She started writing a blog to teach the artistry of the service industry and to give support to those who have none.

Our mission is to provide you with a general overview of what it's like to step into another person's shoes. Our mission is to show you, the viewer, the truth behind working in the restaurant industry, and we want to show you what it's like to be a guest in a restaurant. We want to give you both sides of the story. Sometimes putting yourself in another person's shoes isn't the easiest thing to do, but we aim to help, When you put yourself in another person's shoes, only then can you understand their logic and way of thinking. We want to help you get out of your own way and get into another person's mind for a moment. Keep your mind and heart open, and enjoy!

Owner Experience
Leeanne Roose worked in the restaurant industry for 5 years. She has worked in most of the available positions that a restaurant has to offer including food server, bartender, cook, dishwasher, garden bar, and more.
Head Server/Bartender
Leeanne Roose was named "Head Server/Bar" by her General Manager.
Cross-Trained
Leeanne has worked every position in a restaurant. Host, Server, Bartender, Cook, Dishwasher, Garden Bar, and even a buss boy.
Customer Service
Leeanne Roose has over 15 years of experience in the customer service role. Leeanne started working at age 15 and enjoyed working with people.
Creative Outlet
Leeanne has two hobbies. Graphic Design and Video Editing. Turns out, that actually goes great with blogging.
English Class
Leeanne exceled in English. She always made great grades. It came easy to her. She enjoyed writing too.
